The hotel was clean . The majority of staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great . Staff in the breakfast area was very cheerful, and nothing was too much of trouble. Gerald was exceptionally helpful. Tabatah, the manager, was great. Very supportive and helpful. Great team .

Everyone was extremely helpful, we have stayed here several times and have always had a great experience. My wife forgot her smartwatch in the bathroom and when I called to see if they found it, they in fact had it at the front desk waiting for me to come back and get. We have nothing but positive things to say about our stay. We will be back every other week or so, many thanks to all the staff!

The best feature of this hotel was the breakfast selection. Loved having the waffle maker, coffee, and fresh fruit! There was also a choice of juice, scrambled eggs, sausage, grits, and cereal. Made it well worth it! The rooms were spacious, and beds felt clean and were very comfortable. We woke up refreshed and ready for the next day. I really enjoyed having a living room with a door to the bedroom and a second TV. An easy way to accommodate children or just to enjoy the space without disturbing others sleeping in the bedroom.

Our room was perfect for our family! We were looking for a hotel room with a bedroom suite separate from the living area for early kids bedtime, so this was perfect for us! It was also very affordable & the location was great for us.

The lady at the front desk went above and beyond. I had driven in from Nashville to attend a wedding and traffic had been horrendous but she made sure I had everything I needed. I wish I had gotten her name but she was at the desk when I checked in (I think around 7:45 pm) and still there when I checked out at around 5:30 am.. Thanks so much this will most likely be my go-to place to stay when I come to visit family

This facility has become my home away from home whenever I visit Aiken this past year. From the staff to the suites, it's always a pleasurable experience. I plan to be back soon.

Exceptional management, friendly helpful front desk. Every member of staff I met, including maintenance and cleaning people, were friendly and kind. That is exceptional to have 100% staff I encountered over my 2-night stay be so wonderful - definitely stood out! Loved my room - clean, bed was comfortable. Can’t imagine a better experience. Am looking for a reason to return to Aiken to stay here again.

Property was a bit dated but the room was clean and very acceptably. The beds were comfortable and bedding was good. HVAC worked as it should.
